By using Solo Method you agree to these terms.
What Solo Method is
A budgeting and financial organization tool. It helps you plan how to allocate your business income across accounts.
What Solo Method is not
IMPORTANT: Solo Method is not a bank, is not an accounting firm, and does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice. We do not file your taxes. We do not move money. The percentages, allocations, and tax set-aside amounts the tool suggests are general guidance, not professional advice specific to your situation. Always confirm your tax obligations with a qualified accountant or tax professional.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for your own tax filings and payments, and for the financial decisions you make using this tool.
Accounts and plans
The Starter plan is free. Solo Method Pro is $29 per month, billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time and your Pro features will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
Bank connections
Pro requires a Relay business bank account connected via Plaid. Access is read-only. You may disconnect at any time.
Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solo Method is not liable for financial losses, tax penalties, missed payments, or other damages arising from your use of the tool.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
